Feel The Love
This week we are celebrating Valentine’s Day by sharing a few images of love that we’ve had the pleasure of being a part of this last year.
According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the definition of love is: “strong affection for another arising out of kinship or personal ties”.
We feel that this definition can encompass many things, and we also believe this definition is not exclusive to humans – our fur babies find a special place in our hearts, as we’re sure you can agree.
There are countless ways we find and express love to those around us, and according to GoodTherapy.org, we can feel love in many ways, some of which include:
- A willingness to prioritize another’s well-being or happiness above your own.
- Extreme feelings of attachment, affection, and need.
- Dramatic, sudden feelings of attraction and respect.
- A fleeting emotion of care, affection, and like.
- A choice to commit to helping respecting, and caring for another, such as in marriage or when having a child.
- Some combination of the above emotions.

This past year, we have seen so much outpouring of love – towards colleagues, towards strangers, towards our loved ones, and toward our pets. We see gestures of kindness and love all around us, and knowing that we are all in the same boat, navigating this crazy world, is a comfort of sorts.
Take a moment today to tell those close to you how much you love them, and give those fur babies an extra snuggle – because we know that sometimes life is unpredictable, and knowing how much love surrounds us is therapeutic and much needed.
We hope you find some love today, and we continue to hope you all stay safe and healthy.
We’ll see you on the other side!
