We can’t say enough about the benefits of diverse leadership at every level. Having different voices everywhere enriches our experience and, ultimately, makes us better and more successful.

Nowhere is that more evident than in business, and specifically business leadership. The entrepreneurs of tomorrow are learning today, and we should do our best to support those efforts. The PhD Project aims to increase workforce diversity by increasing diversity in school faculty training those leaders. We were fortunate enough to photograph the next generation of PhD Project leaders thanks to KPMG, which supports them.
